Items requiring manufacturer order or direct shipment from the manufacturer may take 14 days or longer for delivery.

※Delivery times may be longer depending on the shipping region and item (such as large items).

 

To deliver orders more quickly and enhance customer satisfaction, we now ship on weekends and holidays.

Returns, Defective Items, and Cancellations

【Return Period and Conditions】

 

■Regarding Exchanges

 

If the product arrives damaged, soiled, or defective (e.g., initial malfunction preventing operation or assembly), please contact us within one week of delivery.

 

 

 

※Returns and exchanges are not accepted except for reasons attributable to us, such as our shipping error or defective product.

 

 

 

We will cover the cost of the replacement item and shipping. However, as shipping is handled by an external carrier, we cannot assist with removing the defective item from your location, transporting it, or installing/assembling the replacement item. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

 

※ We cannot compensate for any secondary damages caused by product defects.

 

※ If we cannot provide a replacement item (e.g., for one-of-a-kind items or sold-out products), we may issue a refund instead.

 

 

 

■Cases Where Returns and Exchanges Are Not Accepted

 

 

 

Returns and exchanges are not accepted in the following cases:

 

 

 

【1】When the reason for return/exchange is due to customer preference

 

Returns based on reasons such as ordering errors, differing expectations (e.g., feel/appearance), or size not fitting the room are not accepted under any circumstances.

 

Additionally, differences in color or material texture due to customer monitor settings are also not grounds for return or exchange.

 

 

 

【2】When the reason for return/exchange provided is inherent to the product's characteristics

 

・For furniture, areas not finished for appearance (such as backs, bases, drawer interiors, undersides, or undersides of tabletops) are primarily designed for strength. Seams in plywood, repair marks, or variations in plywood color may be visible.

 

・All products, including those made with wood, animal hair bedding, or dyed items, may have a natural material-specific odor.

 

・There may be a few millimeters of difference between the delivered product and the stated dimensions.

 

・Products delivered in compressed packaging may take time to return to their original size.

 

・Products using fabric may have thread seams or slight fraying, but this does not indicate a quality issue.

 

(Excluding cases where the product is damaged upon initial receipt, has stains, or shows excessive sewing defects)

 

・Some products use natural materials or dyes, which may act as allergens (causing allergic reactions) for certain customers.

 

We cannot accept returns based on this reason. Please confirm and understand this fully before placing your order.

 

 

 

Beyond the points listed above, we may also decline returns or exchanges if we determine the issue stems from inherent product characteristics.

【3】When the product itself is not defective

 

As all products are shipped via general cargo routes, outer packaging such as boxes or bags may become torn or crushed during consolidation with other shipments or during transport to our store for imported items. However, if the product itself is not damaged, it is not eligible for return or exchange.

 

 

 

【4】When Defects Occur Due to Unintended Use

 

If defects occur due to use in environments with unspecified users, exceeding the weight capacity, or usage frequency exceeding the intended scope, returns or exchanges will not be accepted.

 

 

 

Additionally, requests for returns or exchanges not covered above may also be declined if our store deems them unreasonable.

 

 

 

【Return Shipping Costs】

 

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for returns due to customer preference. We will cover shipping costs for exchanges due to defective products or incorrect items shipped.
