For bulk purchases made during office establishment, expansion, or relocation, discounts are possible due to reduced shipping and labor costs achieved through a single order. This discount applies when we arrange shipping at our discretion. We will apply an additional discount if you allow us to arrange shipping without specifying a desired delivery date. Delivery times vary by destination and product, but may generally take about one week longer than the “fastest delivery” option. We will notify you via email of the specific delivery date after your order is confirmed (or after payment confirmation for bank transfers/convenience store payments), including the scheduled delivery date. Please consider this option if you are not in a hurry. Important Notes • This discount is offered as a way to pass on savings to you, as we expect to achieve greater efficiency by distributing workloads according to peak and off-peak periods when we arrange shipping at our convenience. • Please note that we cannot apply this discount retroactively to completed orders if you did not initially select the “Delivery Date Flexible Discount” option.

We only accept returns for items equivalent to the delivered product at a charge. We cannot accept returns shipped to an address different from the delivery address. Please note that we cannot accept returns after the pickup is completed.
