Shipping Policy
<About Large Furniture Delivery>
・Delivery takes approximately 7 to 10 days from shipment.
・Large furniture delivery includes unpacking, assembly, placement, and removal of packaging materials.
<Regarding Product Delivery>
・Large furniture items such as sofas and sideboards may not fit into your room due to their size. Please always confirm the “delivery route” before purchasing. ※How to check the delivery route for large furniture
(Especially for second-floor installations or apartment deliveries, there is a possibility they may not fit through elevators, stairs, landings, hallways, or doorways)
・Due to delivery route issues, we may need to arrange additional services (2nd floor hoisting/carrying back).
(In such cases, these services will incur separate charges.)
・If an item is canceled due to delivery impossibility, the refund will be the product price minus round-trip shipping fees and handling charges.
<About Delivery Carriers>
・We do not accept requests for specific carriers for standard items.
・Large furniture items will be delivered by carriers such as Sagawa Express (Large Delivery), Home Logistics, or Yamato Home Convenience.
<Other Important Notes>
・If you wish to have items delivered to a new address due to relocation, please specify the new address.
・Changing the delivery address (forwarding) after shipment arrangements have been made may incur additional forwarding fees payable to the carrier.
(Forwarding to addresses across municipalities or prefectural borders incurs forwarding charges. In such cases, we may need to bill you for these costs.)
・Changes requested before the shipment date may be accommodated; please contact us as soon as possible.
・Additional shipping fees may apply for remote islands and certain areas. Unpacking and installation services may not be available in some regions.
・Regardless of whether a delivery date/time was specified, if you are not present when delivery occurs after the delivery date is confirmed, the item will be returned to us and treated as a redelivery.
・If an order is canceled after shipment due to customer circumstances, or if an item is returned to us due to prolonged absence, we may charge the customer for the round-trip shipping costs.
・We do not ship internationally.
[Non-Deliverable Areas]
Areas where delivery via Yamato Home Convenience's Rakuraku Household Goods Delivery Service is unavailable.
(We will unpack the item and place it in your desired location so you can use it immediately after delivery.)
■When no delivery date is specified
・After your order is placed, we will notify you via email, etc., of the earliest possible delivery date.
■When a delivery date is specified
・We will arrange the delivery company for the date you specified in advance.
(If we cannot accommodate your request due to the delivery company's schedule, we will contact you to confirm an alternative date.)
<Standard Item Delivery (Items other than large furniture shipments)>
・If no delivery date is specified, we will ship within 3 to 7 business days, excluding the order date.
・Items will be delivered to your doorstep.
<Regarding Delivery Time Specifications>
■For Large Furniture Shipments
・Delivery time specifications are not available.
・The delivery company will notify you of the delivery time window the day before or on the day of delivery.
(When placing your order, please ensure you provide a phone number where you can be reached.)
・If you are not present at the scheduled delivery time, additional delivery charges may apply.
(Please specify a day when you are available all day.)

(Available within 4 business days to 3 weeks from your order date)
